Stephanie is an experienced yoga teacher with a Master’s Degree in Counseling, specializing in grief and trauma. Her passion for trauma recovery inspires her to support countless trauma survivors on their unique healing journeys. In addition to offering personalized mind-body resilience sessions for trauma survivors, Stephanie also leads yoga teacher trainings, retreats, workshops, and group classes.
