Tom Bodkin went from former addict in a high stress career to Ironman triathlon finisher in addiction recovery. He is a US Army veteran, former forensic anthropologist for a medical examiner office, and former adjunct professor of anthropology at four year university. Tom also spent 5 years as a computer draftsman for a land surveying company, and during the same time achieved the 500 hour yoga teacher registration through Yoga Alliance. At the time of this writing, he is the Public Information Officer at a metropolitan health department. He's dad to a wonderful daughter and likes to flat water kayak, hike, and read. Tom encourages addicts to get help in the 12 step program of Narcotics Anonymous.
