I’m a South African woman and although I’ve been living in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for a total of 17 years, I knew very little about what was happening beyond the compound walls. Early last year I decided it was time for me to make more of an effort and get to know the people who had played host to me and my family for many years. The result is my podcast, Aswat: Voices of Arabia.
